Monday
Morning Meeting
Each Monday morning, the entire school meets in the gym for Morning
Meeting. Students take full responsibility by running the meeting
and presenting classroom news. Students from each grade level
share class curriculum happenings by presenting student artifacts
across curriculum areas as they explain what they have been learning.
Student birthdays of the week are celebrated, community songs
are sung, and upcoming events are announced. Morning Meeting is
a fun and motivating way to build our K-5 community, communicate
news, and celebrate the extraordinary learning that takes place
at our wonderful school.
Social
Curriculum
We have a school-wide social curriculum that empowers all students
to be responsible, respectful, and safe.
PTO

with staff to provide support and enrichment opportunities and
to discuss educational topics.
Reading Mentors
We currently have 8 reading mentors (community members) who come
in once a week to read with students.
Day

to and from day care.
